Who we’re looking for
We are looking for experienced Chip Sealing crew members to join our team and deliver the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.
The role
We are looking for experienced chip seal / asphalt workers to work on a variety of road sealing projects across the region.
No day will be the same!
Your experience operating a wide range of equipment including pavers and rollers along with assisting to run a crew, will be essential in this position.
There is also the opportunity to upskill within this department.

Safety is our #1 priority at Fulton Hogan, so you will be a safe operator, always aware of their surroundings and conscious of the safety and wellbeing of others.
You'll also have;
Class 2 license advantageous.
WTR endorsements advantageous.
4-5 years experience in the surfacing / construction industry / STMS.
In-depth knowledge and chip sealing experience.
An unwavering commitment towards living safely with a safety record to match.
Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
Motivated to work in a small, highly functioning team.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be self-motivated & driven to succeed.
