    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    We are currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Auckland based team. In this exciting and diverse role you will be responsible for many elements of Organisational improvement such as support and advice to large programmes of work, coaching individuals throughout the organisation and working alongside our people leaders to help them and their team in their continuous improvement journey.

    You will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of the Continuous Improvement programme, ensuring the work is scoped appropriately, delivered in a timely manner and accurately reported.

    You will need to have the experience (at a LSS black belt level) to coach to all levels using the LEAN Six Sigma methodology, and project management principals, providing our people with high quality, innovative and result focused advice and support.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Proven experience of at least 10 years with the practical application of continuous improvement methodologies (TQM, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
  • Good knowledge of delivery methodologies (Human Centred Design, Agile, Continuous Delivery)
  • Experience in project management and benefits realisation delivery
  • Have a solid strategic focus on process - optimisation, design, re-engineering and transformation
