To continue to do this we have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our organisation in a newly created role as a Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT systems, Infrastructure and Service Desk teams ensuring a high quality service for end users across all OfficeMax systems.

You will take lead in developing effective IT Service Support and Service Delivery processes ensuring their team members have what they need to meet business requirements.

Your technical expertise and industry best practice approach will see you implement processes and procedures to achieve optimal IT service delivery performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain high performing IT services and support functions across IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Cloud & Infrastructure ServicesProvide leadership to the Service Desk and Infrastructure teamsEnsure OfficeMax technology averments are available fit for purpose and have the appropriate levels of security in placeCreate and execute a robust IT escalation processPartner with key stakeholders to ensure systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and adhered toProvision the delivery of key change projects that effectively improves outcomesFacilitate process reviews to help teams identify opportunities for improvementRoutinely review processes and communicate progress to key stakeholdersWhat we are afterTertiary qualification in Information TechnologyDetailed knowledge of computer hardware & software, service environments and network capabilitiesSolid experience in Service Delivery Management or related field in corporate and / or operational environmentITIL Foundation Certificate & IT-based speciality certificates (MCSE, CCNA or equivalent) preferredOutstanding communication skills both written and verbalFamiliar with the use of call logging and service management softwareIn-depth knowledge of the ITIL processes and proceduresKnowledge of a wide variety of enterprise class technology solutionsWhat we offerA leadership opportunity to enhance your careerAn opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise and initiate changeDiverse & inclusive culture that fosters work-life balanceStaff buying rates across all productsAbout usWe sell so much more than pens and paper!
