About the Role
As a Biodiversity Ranger you will be responsible for undertaking work to protect threatened freshwater fauna and habitats.
You will contribute to the planning, delivery, and reporting of tasks in threatened freshwater species monitoring and management as well as pest plant control.
This role will require periods of work away from home. The role will also supervise, and mentor temporary staff employed to assist with your work.
It is essential for the person in this role to have a very strong commitment to health and safety.
