Reporting into the NZ General Manager the primary purpose of this role is to provide high quality and efficient EA and administrative support.
Our team in NZ is small and close knit so in addition to supporting the GM you will also provide assistance to the broader team.
This role is a real mix of executive level support and general administration and will suit someone who enjoys variety and a diverse workload.
Your responsibilities in this role will be broad and will include : General executive level support activities such as : travel co-
ordination, expenses, diary coordination and internal and external stakeholder engagement.Events coordination and facilities management including managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
General administration and coordination support including : internal communications, employee engagement activities and assisting with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished administration professional with previous experience supporting an executive level team member including exposure to managing sensitive and confidential information.
You will have : High levels of initiative, professionalism coupled with the ability to operate autonomously.Exceptional administration, diary management, prioritisation and problem solving skills.
A clear and influential communication style with proven experience working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
