  • About the role :

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced generalist HR professional to join our team! We operate under a business partnering model so we're looking for someone who has the ability to build effective relationships across the business and thrives in an environment of change.

    Working as part of a close-knit team this is a role where you can really make a difference and where HR is valued.

    What you will be doing :

    You will be an up-and-coming star in every respect. You'll have proven generalist skills and will be confident dealing with employment relations, performance management, remuneration, and change management.

    A bit about you :

    You’ll need to be commercially savvy and be confident in how you communicate with others, particularly with influencing business leaders who will be your key customers.

    You will :

  • be an experienced generalist HR practitioner ideally in a multi-site organisation
  • tertiary qualification in business or HR would be great but not essential, experience and attitude is key
  • proven employment relations experience
  • You're great at communicating - both written and verbal
  • Gain credibility quickly - growing manager confidence and capability
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • action-orientated and able to influence and coach
  • also have the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • be computer savvy
  • Work collectively with the team to achieve required outputs / priorities to ensure consistent and effective levels in the delivery of services to our customers.
  • Have the ability to travel
