As the Practice Lead, you will lead the Modern Work Team in Wellington, responsible for the quality of solutions delivered through the Practice to Intergen’s clients.
This role ensures best practice methodologies and frameworks are adhered to and contributes to maintaining the capability of the national KP1 Practice.
Your technical expertise will keep you close to the solutions being delivered and your leadership capability will ensure your teammates are learning from your experience.
Lead a team of internal and external (both inhouse and out-sourced) consultants to deliver great outcomes for our clients
Manage the delivery of our solutions to clients, working closely with other Practice Leads, Managers and PMO to ensure successful project initiation, management and delivery
Supporting the Practice Manager in the development and delivery of the practice business plan through implementing local service offerings
Contribute to presales activities in conjunction with the Client Development team
Identify and confirm Microsoft 365 solution options and assess suitability of proposed solutions to determine the impact on the business as a whole and to manage expectations
Work with project teams and clients to define the critical business objectives, critical success factors and obtained business value
Ensure technical quality across portfolio. Advise team members as the technical expert across projects, ensuring the solution is of superior quality
Drive operational excellence within the team, escalating any resourcing, performance or process concerns in a timely manner
Taking ownership and provide solution leadership to the team
Providing technical governance across key client engagements
Identifying areas for growth within existing and new clients
Ensuring quality assurance through compliance and adherence to delivery practices & methods
8-10 years of experience in business management, IT, systems integration consulting, design
Have, or are, leading a team of technical professionals today
Experience in architecture, configuration, and delivery of Microsoft 365 Teamwork-based solutions
Experience in Project Management
Experience with Information and Records Management
Experience from pre-sales to final delivery; ensuring that each solution is appropriately scoped, designed, implemented, and tested to meet our client's business needs
Confidence working directly with internal stakeholders, clients and partners. Displaying an aptitude for gaining a thorough understanding of their vision will be a huge strength
A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and point of view to a variety of audiences
Experience with Structured Development and Implementation Methodologies / Techniques such as Waterfall, DevOps, Iterative and SCRUM
