    Key Responsibilities :

  • You will have strong administrative skills, display initiative, provide excellent customer service and have the ability to build effective relationships with our key suppliers.
  • Communicate with suppliers effectively and in a timely manner
  • Co-ordination of marketing activity and promotions
  • Creating, maintaining and tracking orders
  • Set up and execute administrative procedures for department
  • Working closely with the Buyer and Buying Manager as they build product ranges, sourcing, promotional plans and business execution to achieve company performance requirements.
  • To be successful in this role :

  • You need to be an excellent communicator and have immense attention to detail
  • You will need to have at least one year's experience in a similar role.
  • You will have strong computer skills, particularly excel skills and will be highly organised
  • A vibrant, supportive and warm personality combined with a can do attitude and a hands on approach.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and management
