A well-known company within the printing industry, my client is looking for a candidate with a can do attitude and a positive outlook , to join their administration team.

This role deals with all aspects of the business from sales, warehouse / distribution, finance and more.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer queries phone, email and face to face
  • Processing orders by phone, email & website
  • Generating consignment invoices
  • Generating picking slip
  • Processing proformas for international orders
  • Inventory control reporting and reconciliation
  • Price checks
  • Enter new ink recipes
  • Coordinate special pricing entry and electronic filing
  • Credit check - new customers
  • Set up accounts including website accounts
  • All other adhoc administration required by management
