A well-known company within the printing industry, my client is looking for a candidate with a can do attitude and a positive outlook , to join their administration team.
This role deals with all aspects of the business from sales, warehouse / distribution, finance and more.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer queries phone, email and face to face
Processing orders by phone, email & website
Generating consignment invoices
Generating picking slip
Processing proformas for international orders
Inventory control reporting and reconciliation
Enter new ink recipes
Coordinate special pricing entry and electronic filing
Credit check - new customers
Set up accounts including website accounts
All other adhoc administration required by management
