Due to growth and high demand, we now have an opportunity for a casual Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our SnapHire Recruit team.

Our team has provided recruitment services for some truly amazing clients spanning all industry sectors. From iconic fashion retail companies to New Zealand District Councils, as well as the telecommunication, entertainment, tourism, hospitality, public transport, health, farming, insurance sectors and the list goes on.

Here are some tasks our Recruiters are involved with day to day :

  • Reviewing candidate applications
  • Phone interviewing
  • Conducting pre-employment checks
  • We also think training and development is fundamental in maintaining a happy and healthy team. So, once you've honed certain skills and abilities, we'll continue teaching you the spectrum of recruitment functions.

    Who we're looking for :

  • Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential - we're more interested in your authentic personality and positive attitude when you join our team
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Flexibility to work when needed is a must, this is a Monday to Friday casual role
  • A great sense of humour - your ability to have fun is absolutely critical
