What you’ll do :
This is a role where your responsibilities will be divided 50 / 50 as an Office Manager / EA to the Managing Director of New Zealand.
This is a professional role that will see you across many areas of the business, gaining valuable exposure and a broad range of experience.
Some of your responsibilities will vary from developing meeting agendas, expense management, diary management, setting up office events, organising catering, vendor management and general tidy of common areas.
Supporting an office of approximately 80 staff in a tight knit, friendly environment with regular social interaction. Flexibility to work remotely 1 day / week will be considered.
You will be provided with full training along with 1 on 1 support and a real opportunity to make the role your own!
