internally and externally. Connected and working collaboratively with the wider corporate affairs and communication's team, this key role will create and drive ASB's leadership communications strategy and activity.
So what are we looking for from you?
You need to be a seasoned, resilient team player. You will thrive in both a reactive and time intensive environment and be experienced and comfortable working with senior executives, moving goal posts and change.
A strategic thinker you will be able to visualise different communication pathways and make complex issues and subject matter easy to understand.
You will also trust your instincts and courage to have constructive conversations.
It goes without saying that you will be an expert in you field with 10 years+ experience with pre requisite exec level partnership and external comms experience.
We are looking for proficiency in the range of competencies expected at this level : speech preparation, briefing notes, Op-
Ed's, opinion pieces, through a variety of channels. The role is hands-on and end to end. You will be positive and motivated with an eye for accuracy.
Most importantly, you will truly understand people and how to connect with them.
