To work with the Managing Director New Zealand to maximize business returns whilst minimizing exposure and risk for the company through development of Marketing Business Plans.
Implement marketing plans including strategies for sales, cold calling for new business and increasing revenue stream from existing clients.
Work with Senior Management team and the Knowledge business globally to achieve synergies throughout the business to on sell Knowledge or capitalize on global opportunities to enhance business growth
Strategic planning and budgeting for the resources necessary for the business to achieve financial targets and individual objectives set
Ensure monthly performance and financial reports are provided to convey proposal / conversion performance to target and planned quarterly contacts to Account / Clients
Manage the day-to-day operational activity of Knowledge to ensure efficiencies in process, continuous improvement programmes, on time delivery every time to customers, ongoing management of the Auditors and direct report's performance, plus payroll and HR issues to ensure day to day operations of the Knowledge business operates effectively.
Undertake annual performance reviews of direct reports
Identify training and development requirements of direct report and Auditors if require
Identify resource requirements of the business and work together with Human Resources on sourcing the right talent to help grow the business.
Provide necessary financial information for Knowledge auditing business to Finance within required timelines
Ensure all activities are carried out with regard and recognition of Health and Safety requirements and personal safety
Undertake all other relevant work requests relevant to your position
