About the Role :

The purpose of the Customer Liaison Manager is to manage and support the contract service delivery at designated educational facilities and build positive working relationships with both the contract representative and the contract leads.

The Customer Liaison Manager is further responsible for ensuring the necessary resources are available to provide the service and that the requirements within the contract are being adhered to.

Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years key account and / or client relationship management experience, preferably in a service industry, facilities management or hospitality related environment
  • Excellent time management and work planning skills
  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, training and managing teams within an hospitality service environment
  • Experience working in a highly competitive and commercial environment
  • Experience in developing solid client relationships
  • Knowledge and experience with food safety management is advantageous
