About the Role :
The purpose of the Customer Liaison Manager is to manage and support the contract service delivery at designated educational facilities and build positive working relationships with both the contract representative and the contract leads.
The Customer Liaison Manager is further responsible for ensuring the necessary resources are available to provide the service and that the requirements within the contract are being adhered to.
