About the opportunity
Working in a dynamic and evolving community interdisciplinary team with some in reach into the sub-acute rehabilitation ward within rehabilitation services.
You'll work alongside other senior therapists in planning and providing patient centred rehabilitation to our patients who are predominantly under the age of 65.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise in rehabilitation with neurological, orthopaedic, and medical conditions including traumatic brain injury and stroke.
You will also have the opportunity to support, teach and upskill students and rotational staff.
Ideally you will bring to us a minimum of 3 to 5 years physiotherapy experience that includes working in community / inpatient sub-acute rehabilitation settings with patients with stroke, acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.
In order to be successful in this position, you will also need to demonstrate the following :
You will be expected to be active in-service quality initiatives, therefore be proactive, innovative and have a quality driven leadership approach.
