Primary Connect is a 4PL logistics solution provider that services our vendor community. We are looking for energised, enthusiastic people who can build on our existing relationships with customers, carriers and our DC partners, to grow this business further.
Your new role : We are looking for a new Primary Connect Customer Service Specialist, to support the day to day Primary Connect (PC) Operations, particularly in regards to exception management and manage relationships with small to medium sized customers.
Your main duties will be to : Work between vendors and transport providers to ensure that any exceptions are resolved in a timely mannerRecord and address customer expressions of dissatisfaction and opportunities to improveContinually identify opportunities to improve the customer experienceComplete service calls for small to medium sized customers, and focus on retaining existing accounts, complete call cyclesAssist with other areas of PC as required and provide cover including : on boarding new customers, providing analytical support, documentation, and rate card maintenanceContribute towards continuous improvement and new business growthBe available as part of an afterhours call rosterTo be successful in your new role you will have the following skills and attributes : Previous Customer Service experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA friendly, approachable, likable & enthusiastic personalityExcellent problem solving skillsGreat conflict and resolution skillsGreat inter-
