Our services include a one stop shop business support service for Maori trusts, consultancy services and training and education programmes for rangatahi.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team of Business Support Coordinators who provide a wide range of adminsitration services to a number of Maori trusts within the wider Bay of Plenty.
Services include secretarial, book keeping, communications, database management, grants management and special projects.
We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, uses their initiative, professional, good verbal and written communication, and can work well under pressure.

Skills and experience
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Knowledge of Te Reo Maori and Tikanga is beneficial
Experience in working with Maori trusts is beneficial
Experience in horticulture industry is beneficial
