At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this -
This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.
You will also assist with processing stock, ensuring the shelves are adequately stocked, as well as ensuring the store maintains it's high standard of presentation.
The Repco Queenstown store is based around a lot of our trade customers within the area, so you will deal with some parts enquiries, therefore need at least a basic knowledge of cars and car parts.
All About You
We need someone who enjoys dealing with people, having worked within a retail or customer service environment. Although we do provide full training on the products we sell, you will have basic knowledge around cars in order to feel confident dealing with our customers.
You must be confident working in a retail / sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers. Your strong communication skills and excellent phone manner will be complimented by your team-
focused and 'can do' attitude.
