What would you be doing?
We’re looking for dedicated, curious candidates to join our Risk Assurance and Internal Audit team here in New Zealand This exciting opportunity will see you deliver a range of internal audit projects in Christchurch.
There is no limit to the diversity of our internal audit work, one day we could be looking at contracts and statutory compliance assessments or conducting specialist IT reviews, the next helping listed companies assess and manage their risk across a vast arena of subjects and another day provide real time advice and assistance on controls in large scale change projects.
We work closely with our data team and subject / industry SMEs within the firm, so that our clients get added insights and huge value from the work we do.

In this role your day to day responsibilities could include :
time process and control assessments (in change projects) and involvement in specialist reviews alongside a subject matter specialist
What you’ll need to bring to the role :
You will have a curious mind-set and a keenness to add value to clients through helping to improve internal control. You’ll be at ease interacting with people at all levels and will demonstrate a solid commitment to providing exceptional client service.
You will have a flexible working style and will be comfortable managing conflicting deadlines and requirements. Your toolkit will include report writing, presentation skills, and the ability to coach more junior members of the team.
Both verbal and written English must be at an exceptional level.
