Their growing property portfolio has created a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join their successful team and be a key contributor to the next phase of their ambitious growth plan.
Working closely with the Property Business Manager, you will take responsibility for driving long-term occupancy rates and the ongoing growth and sustainability of rental income across the portfolio to ensure that the property teams short and long term strategic goals are achieved.
With exceptional relationship management skills and the drive and enthusiasm to make things happen, you’re a lateral thinker who thrives on the opportunity to seek out new opportunities.
Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and a solution focused approach, you enjoy working closely with tenants to deliver outcomes that deliver results for both parties.
This role also requires a keen eye for detail, sound judgement and strong analytical skills combined with the confidence to make recommendations and follow them through to completion.
Ideally you will bring to this role a successful track record in property management, knowledge of the relevant regulations and legislation as well as an understanding of local authority procedures.
A tertiary qualification or related professional property related qualification is preferred but not essential.
You may be recently qualified with 2+ years experience or have extensive property management experience and be looking for the next step in your career.
