The System Wide Operations Centre (SWOC)enables an integrated, patient centric and equitable health response to dailydemands within parts of, or across, the health system.
Amongst other functionsSWOC has a staffing function that supports critical staffing requirementsacross Canterbury DHB and West Coast CDHB.
We aim to maintain a Covid resilient workforcethrough targeting any critical staffing shortfalls across the whole healthcaresector.
Any areas identified as in crucial need, we endeavour to support withessential staffing to enable key healthcare activities to continue to improve,promote and protect the health of the people in the community.
We are looking for RN’s who will be responsiblefor providing support to services to deliver effective, efficient and qualityconsumer focussed care.
Moving across the Canterbury Health System(Christchurch Hospital, Burwood Hospital, Hillmorton Hospital, The PrincessMargaret Hospital, Rural Hospitals, Aged Residential Care Facilities orcommunity settings).
RN’s will ensure the promotion of good health and independencefor the Canterbury population.
