White Tie Health Services WTHS is a family owned business with a strong reputation for excellence WTHS is responsible for eight aged care facilities nationally that include rest home apartments and villas with each site including a cafe open to the public The primary function of the HSCM is to ensure the smooth daytoday operations of WTHS at all sites This is a management role designed to ensure the consistent delivery of client needs and management of client relationship This role does include travel to Nelson Christchurch Dunedin monthly Your responsibilities include Account Management Oversee the customer service of all staff working at a client site and ensure their professionalism and behaviour reflects that of WTHS Liaise with Village Managers Care Centre Managers and Office Mangers to ensure any needs of the client are met at village level Work closely with Contractors Food Services Lead to consistently meet the demands of head office and contract expectations Troubleshoot and problem solve any concerns raised by the head office team Work with the Village Activities Coordinators to offer valueadd catering services for Village events Understand the nature of the business relationship between WTHS and its clients and contribute by creating a competitive advantage in our villages Manage an ongoing constructive and friendly relationship with all WTHS stakeholders Go above and beyond to make our villages the best in New Zealand Staff management Respond to team needs determine and implement solutions where necessary Promote an engaged positive attitude among staff Encourage the learning of the White Tie culture creating a staff body that is loyal to the White Tie brand and recognises the family values governing the Company Support the Regional Executive Chef to provide first line corrective action where necessary and debrief the Directors accordingly Consult and support REC on recruitment of Auckland staff Consult and support Director on recruitment of South Island staff Manage REC and South Island head chefs operational and budget performance Administration Develop organisational capacity put in place systems and lines of communication with WTHS Office Manager and Directors to provide an integrated and effective form of management over the villages Develop effective reporting mechanism for tracking progress and or challenges in the villages Monitor paperwork is appropriately collated meeting monthly deadlines Performance Targets Regularly survey clients and residents to monitor performance Recommend and implement change to improve performance Manage performance inline with the KP indicators Monitor the monthly labour and food spends against budget What we are looking for Multisite management 4 years minimum in an account or operations management role Must have the right to work in NZ Experiencing managing dynamic staff teams Strong understanding of kitchens food service Excellent ability to build client relationships Exceptional work ethic problem solving Able to work under pressure and in real time Understanding of HR processes from recruitment through disciplinary action is advantageous Aged care background is advantageous Ideal start date of 13th January 2020 If you are interested and feel you are suitable please apply now
