Job Position : QA Assistant (Full Time Position).
Key Responsibilities :
Will lead in the investigation of Food Safety-related issues internal and external (Root Cause Analysis and CAPing) and in ensuring that all corresponding actions are implemented and effective.
Conduct on-site verification of processes and procedures.
Conduct Critical Control Point Validation and Verification.
Will be responsible for conducting routine GWP, GMP and 5S audits and documenting findings, and areas for improvement and creating an official report.
Assist in documenting processes and procedures.
Assist during external audits.
Other tasks required by superior / manager.
Key Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Food Manufacturing under Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Quality Management.
Must be trained and have a work background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance Programs, GWP, GMP, 5S, HACCP, PRPs and Integrated Pest Management.
Well-versed in documentation (Food Safety, Quality Programs and SOP), audit (product, process and food safety) and laboratory testing / analysis (microbiological, physicochemical, sensory, proximate).
Capable of conducting technical training (Quality, Food Safety Programs) including orientation and cascades of Company Procedures.
Training on ISO 9001 : 2015 and FSSC 22000 : 2018 will be an advantage.
