From July this year, Southern DHB transitions across to Health NZ and this is a great opportunity to make difference at a time of significant change in the healthcare sector.
This position is available for an Organisational Development Specialist, or experienced HR generalist who can demonstrate a focus and passion for organisational development.
Under the Executive Director of People & Capability’s care, guidance and sponsorship, we are working towards an integrated, fully functioning Human Resources team including increasing capacity and capability in Organisational Development.
Our team purpose : Enabling our People - to foster a valued, healthy and high performing workforce empowering our people to succeed, clearly articulates our commitment and intent.
About the opportunity
You will be joining a small but highly effective team led by our Organisational Development Manager, working closely with our wider HR team using your knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of organisational development practices and processes.
We see this role being involved in implementing processes, programmes and practices that integrate and align with the workstreams in support of Health NZ including, but not limited to :
