About the Role :
As a Senior Analyst you will be involved in a wide range of interesting projects putting your financial and analytical skills to the test.
You will provide clear insight into the health market, undertake pricing, modelling and economic analysis. You'll be report writing, dealing with complex issues, identifying optimal pricing strategies and assessing the financial impact of new services. No two days are the same!
This means you'll get to work with some of New Zealand's most talented and dedicated professionals in and across the health sector.
Pricing is a specialist area, so the right skills and experience is essential. We operate in a continual improvement environment whereby you will be supported to expand on what you already have and your career aspirations.
What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role :
Hold relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Accounting
You will have 7+ years' experience in broad business operations
Can lead workstreams and provide coaching to developing analysts
Advanced excel skills & an ability to analyse patterns & trends
Have clear & concise written & verbal communication skills
Be curious, inquisitive, & problem solving by nature
Are customer focused with a desire to make a difference
It is an exciting time within the Pricing team. We are working closely with other ACC business units and health providers to design and implement several initiatives within the Health Services Strategy programme.
These initiatives have innovative operational models that will drive transformational change to health services.
