Business Development Manager Relocate to Queensland James Hardie is an international building product manufacturer and global leader in fibre reinforced cement Operating for over 130 years the company continues to challenge convention within the industry and leads the way in delivering innovative building products and solutions Founded in Australia we now have operations in the United States Canada New Zealand the Philippines and Europe Are you looking for a sea change We have a FANTASTIC opportunity for you to join our fast paced highly driven sales team based in Brisbane AUSTRALIA We re offering relocation costs for the right applicant with building industry experience The opportunityAs the Business Development Manager you will be required to source manage and influence key decision makers within the Medium density market As the Business Development Manager your key responsibilities will be but not limited to Retain and develop new business opportunities Work closely with key stakeholders to add value and increase product growth Identify Medium Density opportunities with developers designers and builders to deliver value added products external cladding fire rates walls and other building products Develop and lead the execution of account plans which advance our competitive position and achieve business objectives Convert builders to use James Hardie fibre cement products and systems Align builders with James Hardie distributors working with the channel sales team to create channel pull through of specifications Implementation of James Hardie builder programs to grow aligned builder volumes What we offer Relocation costs Competitive salary package Attractive bonus structure Company car Ongoing sales training and career progression About you To be successful in this role we re looking for a fast paced results driven Business Development Manager with Previous sales experience Construction Building Industry desirable however not essential Strong communication skills to engage and influence multiple stakeholders A strong capability for gap analysis understanding market trends and executing sales plans Highly networked in the building industry with experience hunting new business opportunities and managing existing stakeholders Highly driven and team player Innovative strategic forward thinkers with the ability to balance immediate and long term deals Degree in relevant business or construction disciplines highly regarded The people that work at James Hardie are smart driven and real Apply now and be part of a company that is changing the way the world builds Chloe Czipo0466025059
