We also design and manufacture motorhomes and specialist vehicles via Action Manufacturing. And, whatsmore, we create and sell digital products, platforms and apps via our technology arm thl Digital.

Position overview

thl has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Coordinator to join our Auckland-based commercial team. You will support achievement of revenue objectives within thl s New Zealand and Australian campervan rental businesses through reporting, analysis and implementation of our revenue and pricing strategies.

The role also assists with management of bookings and products through our reservation management system.

About you

  • You pride yourself on your top notch communication and relationship management skills which enable you to confidently work cross functionally.
  • You have a keen interest in tourism and are as passionate about inspiring and enabling unforgettable journeys as we are.
  • Previous experience within the industry would be an advantage.

  • Working with data comes naturally to you. You have excellent commercial and numeracy skills, are highly accurate, are comfortable with data entry and are a reporting wizard.
  • You ideally have previous experience with booking or order management systems and love being the first port of call when it comes to providing troubleshooting support.
  • About the role

    You'll report directly to the Commercial Manager and be a part of a high performing team, operating in a high paced environment.

    We work collaboratively across our business to drive revenue performance. This is a huge opportunity for the right person with plenty of potential for further development.

    Key responsibilities include :

  • Preparing reports, insight and analysis in relation to pricing and revenue management as well as for our sales and booking functions.
  • You will ensure our ongoing understanding of performance relative to targets while monitoring and communicating market dynamics.

  • Supporting the implementation of revenue strategy. This includes implementing regular pricing updates, and assisting with promotional offers in a timely and effective way.
  • Supporting the administration of pricing, products and bookings through the thl Reservation Management System. This includes providing troubleshooting support for users of the system.
