Auckland City, AucklandThe Role : As a site engineer with at least 3 years’ experience reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will : Organise and control the technical and engineering aspects of our project.
Drive high performance, ensuring performance targets are met. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, in particular engaging with the local iwi.
Gain in depth understanding of client expectations and develop working knowledge of contractual requirements. Preparing QA documentation, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments and ITP’s Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
Responsible for upholding quality, environmental performance, health and safety standards in the construction zone.About You : The successful applicant will have NZQA approved engineering qualification and at least 2 years of relevant onsite experience.
Proven experience in civil construction works, specifically, bridges, foundations, earthworks, concrete structures or drainage.
Solid understanding of quality principles around ISO 9001 : 2008. Outstanding communication skills Demonstrate problem solving & decision making ability.
