Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Analytical Lead, you'll work with the largest advertising agencies and clients across a range of industries as part of Google’s Sales team.

You'll work with an Account Manager, an Industry Manager and sales support specialists to present integrated, data-driven business opportunities based on internal and external data and analysis tools across Google’s full range of media solutions, including Search, YouTube, Mobile, Display and Measurement.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven business recommendations that align with client marketing objectives.
  • Source third-party research and data and internal Google data to develop data-driven insights and thought-leadership across a wide range of industries and client business types, and present to clients when applicable.
  • Collaborate with clients and agencies on how to maximize returns from advertising campaigns across search, video, mobile and display.
  • Work collaboratively across various Google functions and teams around the world to drive marketing-measurement innovation at scale.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience working in analytical role (e.g. media analytics, advertising sales, consulting, or financial analysis).
  • Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in translating data and trends into insights that inform strategies, effectively communicated to businesses at both practitioner and C-level.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in working with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience in developing media advertising mix modeling and / or measurement and attribution modeling.
  • Technical skills (or willingness to learn) : dashboarding (Datastudio, Tableau, etc) or SQL / R for data exploration.
  • Ability to create and analyse complex spreadsheets, create and deliver detailed presentations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across various levels and functions bringing stakeholders on board to seek common goal.
