We have two exciting opportunities to cover a period of Parental Leave within our Brand Marketing Team. This is your chance to join New Zealand's first choice retail brand.
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, your key responsibility will be to support the successful delivery of all aspects of the marketing strategy across the Retail and Home category.
You will have a proven track record of developing and executing, product category plans, promotions and communications plans.
The main focus for this role is to :
Deliver the National Category marketing business plan
Demonstrate sound strategic thinking which will ensure continued success of the category
Demonstrate strong understanding and experience with data and insights
Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment across different categories
Stakeholder management - both internally and externally
To be successful in this role you will ideally have :
A minimum of 5-8 yrs experience at Brand Manager level and a strong understanding of the New Zealand retail market.
A strong ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively
Ability to manage complex projects
Previous leadership experience with managing a small team
Budget management skills
Strong team player, resilient and can adapt to change
TTL campaign management experience as the role spans all channels from Direct Mail, Digital to Out of Home
