The Travel Centre is a new initiative designed to support customer journeys through every step. The foundations of this Centre have been developed, so this is an exciting opportunity to grow this Centre under our Excellence in Motion Striving for Excellence plan.
This role is full-time, permanent, salaried position working a scheduled roster. There is flexibility offered in the location we’ll happily consider applicants wishing to reside and work in either Auckland or Motueka.
About the RoleManagement of the Travel Centre and its associated services and functionsAdminister customer contacts (email, phones, livechat, messaging) and ensure appropriate response timesRegularly review work processes and identify areas for improvementManage bookings and sales, including revenue targetsEnsure team members are updated with product, training and process changes accordinglyCreate a culture of celebrating employee success through innovative and engaging initiativesYou'll need : Previous call centre experience, ideally in a leadership positionWell-
