The key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Evaluate problems, determine and initiate appropriate action and provide necessary information relative to product application, current orders, delivery schedules, product availability, etc.
by maintaining close contact and a harmonious relationship with customers, suppliers and internal activities
Confer with sales management and other internal functions to determine price, establish delivery priorities, resolve supply issues and communicate with customers as appropriate, in a proactive and customer-focused manner.
Assume responsibility for the processing of customer orders, including hose kits, from order entry to shipment of product, including the selection / recommendation of alternative products, if necessary, in conjunction with appropriate Sales Engineer and other company technical personnel, products sourcing, coordination of product conversion through the warehouse, routine credits, etc.
Support the sales staff with projects as required.

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar technical customer service / internal sales position
Minimum of an engineering trade certificate, tertiary qualifications desirable.
Ability to build a strong rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience using Oracle or similar ERP packages would be advantageous.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
