About the role
Our Accounts Payable department is going through major change. We want automation, automation, automation. Is it clear, automation is our goal?
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the 2 x AP Transactional Support roles are newly created to cover transactional AP work and provide project assistance for the work we are about to embark on.
We have two 12mths fixed term roles available.
While a big part of these roles is all about delivering the AP BAU work, which is important in its own right, collaboration with the AP Transformation Leads to aid the multiple project, improvement and efficiencies we have to accomplish is key.
These roles will play an integral part in providing reporting and analytics that will drive insight to the changes we need to make.
If you've a thirst for data management, pulling the information, getting the answers and understanding the reporting and analytics around what will make the function work better, smarter, efficient - then this well might be the challenge for you.

You're passionately curious and can work independently yet collaboratively within the team. You'll have previous experience where you can demonstrate you've had the customer at heart.
Resilience to adapt to a changing environment will be something you're keen to have more exposure to, daily!
You might be a recent graduate in finance and keen to put your degree to good use. Having gained some work experience would be ideal, where you can demonstrate your attitude to learning as well as your ability to make connections in your thought process.
A positive attitude is key to reflect your proactive, adaptable and resilient self.
We use Greentree so previous experience of this system is naturally an advantage, but if you've utilised another system and can learn quickly - we'll invest in training you.
Having strong skills in excel would be integral to your success. Any other experience / training that will enable your impact on reporting and support your ability to work with data sources to comprehend and make meaning of the data, will help you stand out above other candidates
