Essential and optional requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales.
Has proven record of performance within sales conversions.
Has experience of managing contracts, responding to RFPs.
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, CRM tools (ANAIS), Excel
Pro active sales approach and business development in driving property sales objectives within SME corporate and groups segments with a strong focus on proactive conference sales.
Drive revenue from all channels.
Work the local precinct relationships to benefit the property.
Strategic management of accounts ensuring consistent unparrelled service.
Professional representation of the hotels, including product training, presenting and attendance at network events.
