dunnhumby is looking for a talented Client Lead

You will support theexecution of the client plan for the customer-loyal journey of a portfolio ofsmall clients, a major client or category through the delivery of first classinsights which helps demonstrates how to gain competitive advantages fromapplying customer insights and why customer loyalty matters.

What you'll be doing :

  • Supports the Senior Client Leads or Client Managers to deliver aseamless and proactive service to the Client working with Solution experts todeliver client solutions that drive unique value using the suite of dunnhumbycapabilities.
  • May have ownership ofsmaller clients.

  • Buildsstrong relationships with client contacts and develops a good understanding ofthe client organisation, their strategies and objectives to optimiseengagements and revenue.
  • Developsinsight solutions to client issues through accurate, creative and actionableshopper insights from dunnhumby’s tools, analysis & consultancy which drivebusiness decisions in order to create measurable change and deliver measurablevalue to the Client’s customers.
  • Managesselected elements of the organisation change plan, delegating to specialists asnecessary, toward enabling a sustainable customer-loyal culture (people,process, beliefs) within the client.
  • Effectiveproject management and delivery of consistently high standard of work ensuringdeadlines are met, operational hurdles are understood and insights aredelivered in an actionable format.
  • Makesa significant contribution to delivering revenue targets for the client groupfrom identifying and effectively managing clients and projects whilst helpingto identify future revenue opportunities for each client.
  • Partnerswith others in the integration of dunnhumby data, solutions and tools into ourclients’ collaborative business planning and measurement processes in ways thatlead to consistent, efficient, effective utilisation of customer insights togrow business results.

    In this role you’ll workwith world class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projectsthat will have both short and long-term impact.

  • You’ll work within a clientleadership team, alongside Client solutions managers, analysts and mediamanagers. Externally you’ll be working with the Client or Supplier via email,over the phone and in person;
  • you’ll also have contact with account managers,category managers, brand managers and retailer operations when necessary.

    Qualifications

    What you'll need : Essential

    Bachelor’sDegree or equivalent in any related subject.

  • Knowledgeof Customer Insights
  • Befamiliar with Category Management
  • InsightPresentation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Aconsultative approach to selling
  • Client facing or Stakeholder Management experience
  • Data interpretation skills
  • A plus if you also have : Desirable National Body RecognisedAccreditation in related subject.

    Master’s degree or equivalent in related subject.

  • Experience with Strategic Assessment
  • Knowledgeof Digital consumer promotion
  • Solution Design, Development & Deployment
  • Pricing / promotions experience
  • Understanding of Retailer and FMCG Company Operations
