Are you looking for a new challenge starting asap and taking you through the next 1-3 months? Our client is embarking on a large infrastructure remediation project and is looking for an experienced documentation administrator with facilities experience to join their busy team.

Duties include : Document control including managing data integrity, updating and distribution of documentation, assisting with reporting and maintaining registers, filing and other documentationAssisting with email management and answering queriesOrganising meetings and taking minutes as requiredExcel spreadsheetingOther adhoc duties as requiredTo be considered you will ideally have : Proven experience and / or exposure to working within a facilities teamAdvanced MS office including excelExperience with documentation managementProject administration experienceFlexibility to take on a variety of duties to assist the team as requiredExcellent attention to detail to ensure all information is correctly updated and to assist with auditingTo be considered apply now and you could be working next week.
