Located in Auckland-North Shore we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partner Success Manager to join the rhipe Sales Team.

The role :

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for driving customer and workload adds by driving cross-sell / upsell conversations with existing partners (frequency & yield focus) as well as assisting them in building new Cloud practices.

The team :

The purpose of the Sales team is to generate revenue growth and sustain margins through partner recruitment and penetrating target customer segments, enablement of existing partner channels and Vendor relationships and driving licensing engagement.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Oversee the digital marketing plan
  • Act as "business advisor" and evangelize areas of next logical practice that are appropriate for the partner's needs and business model
  • Oversee and support proposed marketing goals including the proper use of Microsoft partner marketing materials and incentive funding on the right set of activities
  • Connect with customers through Cloud Ascent
  • Advise partners to utilize other partner channels
  • Effectively drive and manage P2P relationships
  • Build repeatable / scalable solutions
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and resources to compete effectively against every competitive scenario they encounter
  • Experience, education and skills :

    The successful incumbent will have a passion for and experience in, or demonstrated ability to use :

  • Experience managing or contributing to the running of an IT based or Managed Services based organization in Cloud Computing and Microsoft Solution selling, particularly Microsoft CSP, Microsoft 365 and Azure are highly desirable
  • Preferred experience in Cloud Computing and Microsoft Solution selling, particularly Microsoft CSP, M365 and Azure
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar business development role with channel experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and relationship management (preferably with long sales cycles)
  • Technical Skills & experience in or demonstrated ability to use Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Professional Training and Microsoft certifications or further training are desirable
