We are looking for a committed and passionate individual to work with our customers on delivery of consulting engagements primarily associated with Service Management, Process and implementation experience.

Work with a GIANT of Technology

As an ITSM Managing Consultant, you will work closely with the Consulting and ServiceNow Practice team in delivering ITSM and process consulting to customers, as well as developing Fujitsu internal collateral and frameworks for delivering ITSM consulting offerings to market.

The Managing Consultant will support Sales Team and Data and Analytics Portfolio teams to drive consultative led sales opportunity, demonstrating Fujitsu’s unique value proposition to customers as they undertake their digital transformation journey.

Building your own path to success

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in :

  • Process and service management consulting (including domain experience in IT operations, governance, business management, customer relationship management and change management)
  • ITIL certifications
  • ServiceNow and its modules
  • Designing and consulting in processes, process flows, continuous improvements and automation
  • Leading solutions on proposals and responses for new business
  • Working in industries including Retail, Health, Public Sector and Defence
  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse and senior stakeholders, to influence and deliver enhanced customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management of senior executives and customers
  • Broad understanding of security technologies, including current and emerging digital solutions
