    About the role :

    Due to an internal secondment we have a vacancy within our Customer Service Team, as a Customer Service Representative at Genesis you will play a critical role providing outstanding customer experiences to our valued customers.

    This is a diverse, fast-paced role with a fantastic and supportive team environment.

    You'll be expected to :

  • Manage our service inbound calls by providing solutions regarding billing and payment enquiries
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts with a focus on accuracy and with attention to detail
  • Promote sales through special offers or by adding value and cross promoting our products and services
  • Take ownership of your work quality, investigations, and follow-ups of more complex enquiries
  • Hours :

  • Rotating roster : Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
  • Training :

  • 3 weeks paid training Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm
  • About you :

    We are looking for people who can clearly communicate with customers from all walks of life, who are dependable to their core and who have the grit and tenacity to show up and work hard, because that's just what they do.

  • Customer Service experience essential, experience working in a call centre environment desirable
  • A vibrant and energetic personality, driven by your own success and working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Passion to go above and beyond for customers by providing great customer experiences and a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • You are tech and digitally savy i.e able to talk through with customers how to use our Energy IQ app

  • This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, fixed term ending June 2021 with the possibility it may extend. The shifts will rotate between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

    You must be able to start into this role on the 5th October 2020

    Selected candidates will need to have a clear credit and police check and complete all required online assessments.
