You possess the ability to empower the team by passing on culinary knowledge and experience
You show a willingness to be hands-on during key service times weekends and evenings included
You’ll have the ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
Your high personal standards will be passed on to the entire kitchen team
