The Talent Attraction Manager (TA Manager), in alignment with the Global Talent Attraction team, will develop and drive the implementation of the recruitment strategy across APAC in partnership with one other regionally based TA Manager who is based in India.

The TA Manager will focus on improving our recruiting systems, processes and tools to ensure the Recruiting teams have what they need to consistently source, engage, assess, and hire top talent to support business growth.

This position will work to build strategic working relationships with Trimble’s People Experience (HR), business leaders and hiring managers to understand their current and forecasted hiring needs and to develop short and long term talent attraction plans to proactively meet these needs.

Candidates for this position should have previous experience recruiting working across multiple countries or regions within a global business for both technical software engineering positions and non-technical positions in the areas of sales, marketing, product, customer support and operations in order to effectively create strategies for engaging a diverse range of candidates.

The TA Manager will be responsible for recruiting mid-to-senior level positions in the region and will also work closely with global partners on a variety of TA initiatives.

Experience developing and leading multi-channel sourcing strategies is required. The Talent Attraction Manager must demonstrate a passion for diverse candidate sourcing and will partner with hiring teams to create plans that will help the region achieve short and long term diversity, equity and inclusion objectives.

The Talent Attraction Manager will lead a team of Talent Attraction Advisors (recruiters) and will coach, inspire, develop, and grow.

The role will also participate in and lead special projects to help improve the global talent attraction team or to experiment with new innovative ways of attracting diverse, unique talent to Trimble.

Key Roles and Responsibilities Coach, develop and manage TA Advisors (recruiters) to help them achieve their full potential and the hiring objectives for the business teams they support.

Partner with People Experience (HR) leaders and hiring managers to strategize on workforce planning, develop role and skill-based recruitment strategies and lead the recruitment process for a variety of technical and non-technical positions.

Source and engage top talent for Trimble, leveraging job sites, search platforms, professional networks, employee referrals and other creative sourcing channels.

Maintain a deep understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing methods. Partner with business hiring teams to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the talent market, offering insights and creative suggestions for optimizing the recruiting funnel.

Recommend ideas and best practices to improve the time to fill, increase candidate pipeline, and ensure quality of hire.

Foster a premium candidate experience that represents Trimble’s values. Proactively communicate the weekly status of requisitions, quarterly TA initiatives and results to People Experience (HR) leaders and hiring managers.

Hire top talent by extending and negotiating competitive job offers, looking for win-win solutions for both the candidate and Trimble.

Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple projects & initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 5 years of TA / full cycle recruiting experience (agency or internal) with a recent role directly working closely with business leaders and hiring managers.

B.S. Degree or applicable equivalent work experience. MBA preferred. Must speak English fluently. Prefer previous people management experience or can demonstrate examples of effective team leadership.

Comfortable working in a global team environment where you’ll be interacting with other TA partners, People Experience (HR) partners, and hiring managers globally.

Must be able to navigate the complexities of working across the APAC region. Self-starter who takes initiative and can work with limited direction.

Ability to explain Trimble’s value proposition, articulating the company’s Vision, Mission and culture to help candidates connect to the company’s purpose.

Innovative mindset, solutions-oriented, out of the box thinking toward identifying talent and creating value for hiring teams.

Experience using data and insights to understand candidate pipelines and where there are opportunities to increase funnel activity.

    Contribute to and lead various Talent Attraction initiatives that are in support of Trimble’s vision. Spearhead training programs to enhance capabilities in talent assessment and evaluation.

    Collaborate with Global Talent Attraction and support activities for strategic growth. What the position needs : Prior experience in establishing and managing outside recruiting agency relationships globally.
