ABOUT THE JOBAs a Project Manager you will play a key role in our cross-functional Innovation / Renovation projects. While liaising with our global key players, you will simultaneously lead these projects within a local context and from an operations point of view to drive project delivery and progress.
You will be : The project owner and accountable for delivery and achievements ultimately the driving force behind the success of our projectsCustodian of the Project Management Process to ensure consistent methodological approach to planning following through 5 stages : Initiation, Defining, Developing, Implementation and LaunchResponsible for the Operational Project leadership of all Innovation and Renovation projects at Danone NZ Supply PointEnsuring up front strategic project planning including timeline mapping and project risk assessmentManaging local and regional stakeholder relationships with clear communication styleABOUT YOUYou must have tertiary qualification and previous Project Management experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
You enjoy managing projects with a high level of complexity and thrive with your unparalleled stakeholder management ability.
You pride yourself on being a quick thinker and your balance of Intellectual and Emotional Agility.To be successful you will also have : A track record of leading complex projects from start to finishExperience in a manufacturing / FMCG environment or equivalentAbility to manage not just project teams but also key stakeholders linked to your projectsStrong communication skills and ability to utilise PowerPoint and Project Management toolsA can-
