Customer Support Spark Christchurch

Reporting to the Site lead and Regional Lead you will be part of fast paced Christchurch team, based at our office on Moorhouse Ave in the CBD
Position Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Office Based support for business customers
As a customer lead you will be part of our local team and assist with delivering outcomes for business customers.
You will contribute to a culture of high performance across a customer facing team to help deliver business objectives and customer satisfaction.
You will be required to problem solve, think creatively and champion the needs of our clients.
You will engage with our customers on the phone & email via ad-hoc reception duties.

To be successful in the role you must
Have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
