What success looks like in this role :
Experience as a senior or Lead UI / UX Designer or similar role
Experience with design systems
Experience applying user-centered design (UCD) and interaction design methodologies
Experience mentoring staff and managing a work programmed
Experience using user research, evidence and best practice to develop an understanding of user needs
Excellent communication skills and empathy for the user
Exceptional time management, organization and planning skills
Exceptional people skills
You will be successful in this role if you have :
Must have 5+ years in UX, UI and visual design
Must have Plan, deliver and communicate UX research and user testing
Must have workshop facilitation and presentation skills and experience
Should have IA and interaction design
Should have designing UI for commercial SaaS, B2C and B2C web
Should have UI for mobile apps and mobile optimized sites, mobile usability
Should be familiar with web accessibility best practices. HTML & CSS knowledge will definitely help.
Worked in Agile (scrum) development environment. Understand and appreciate the Lean UX concept.
Expert experience with mainstream design tools such as Adobe suite, Sketch, Figma and Invision.
Demonstrated success with the delivery of projects within agreed time frames and budgets
