    We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our team. This Newmarket based role will report to the Managing Director / Owner and be part of the Senior Leadership Team.

    You will have

  • Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategy
  • Successfully managed & lead creative teams
  • Developed and overseen the execution of integrated marketing programmes including Digital Marketing from social media, to SEO / SEM and email campaigns
  • Proven record of driving ecommerce growth; both tactically and strategically
  • Successfully project managed multiple initiatives while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
  • A reputation for being an outstanding communicator, influencer & relationship builder
  • Understanding of a values driven business
  • Knowledge of best practise, and future marketing trends, and the ability to turn ideas into actions
  • Enviable analytical skills, including being able to articulate the impact of campaigns and ROI
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Advertising (preferred)
  • Excellent business acumen within retail / sales environment across NZ and AU
  • In our fast paced, ever changing environment will be responsible for

  • People leadership of our passionate, high performing marketing team
  • Brand development and evolution, alongside the management team / owners
  • Project execution including seasonal campaign execution
  • Contributing to enhancing our award winning best workplace culture
  • Ensuring our market leading brands continue to be market leading by; utilising your skills and knowledge & remaining up to date with market trends
  • Contributing to defining & delivering our Customer Experience strategy
  • Ensuring collaboration & team work across teams within business
  • Reporting of marketing activity
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
