Due to growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Site Manager.You must have corresponding qualifications and / or diplomas / certificates and ideally relevant work experience.

Your role will be ensuring that the site is running smoothly and efficiently. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to ensure monthly schedules are set and kept to, jobs are prioritized, and strict Health and Safety policies are followed.

As the Site Manager, you will need to be able to identify the most efficient way of working without compromising quality.

  • Communication will be key.Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to : Create a culture of excellence through continuous improvement and achievement on site Manage the site operation from build set up to completion by implementing robust project methodologyOversee all elements of construction working with the project manager and team to deliver on time to budget with excellent project quality standards achievedCoordination of all on-site resources including trades, suppliers and client contractorsGreat communicator to manage site-related progress;
  • issues and escalation procedures to relevant parties; report to Project ManagerSet the standard for Health & Safety and implement expectations across all trades Skills and Experience : 5+ years'experienceLBP or Construction Management degree (or similar)Experience in steel and concrete, residential high rise and residential contracts management essentialSite Health and Safety & QA leadership to ensure the site meets standards of excellenceProfessional and confident in interactions including preparation of monthly site reports for managementKeen problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure with the flexibility to meet changing demandsCivil & sub-divisional works experienceAble to use Microsoft Project;
  • Word and ExcelThese are permanent full time position. At least 3 years’ related work experience is needed.Your salary will be $55-$80k depending on each individual.

    Once recruited, you will be offered corresponding training and upskilling opportunities and the performances reviewed regularly and fairly.
