We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Waikato Civils team.
Key aspects of the role include project planning and delivery, building and maintaining key customer relationships, and delivering projects to the satisfaction of our customers.
Extensive generalist civils experience in is essential.
Key responsibilities include :
To deliver civils projects (earthworks, roading, cycle ways, shared pathways) within quality, time and budget and to the client's satisfaction
Providing specialised technical advice as appropriate
Development and maintenance of sustainable internal and external delivery teams
Promulgation of best practice in project delivery, people leadership, H&S and quality assurance
Promotion of innovation and delivery efficiencies
About you :
Civil Engineering tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience
Strong relationship building skills
Ability lead a team
Strong financial acumen
10 plus years in construction
Excellent negotiating skills
