KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice is a significant supplier of financial advice, across its lines of business - Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations, Infrastructure & Projects, Restructuring, Transaction Services and Debt Advisory Services.

Our analysts combine commercial acumen with extensive knowledge of businesses and sectors to provide clients with a service which adds recognised value.

Deal Advisory provides an exciting and challenging environment to develop yourself as an investment professional.

Be Interested :

  • Our Transaction Services team has extensive experience in providing financial due diligence and related services to help clients assess, plan and manage acquisitions, mergers and divestments.
  • Be Exceptional :

  • Day to day you will :
  • Assist with the delivery of projects including financial analysis and report writing
  • Analyse problems, identify core issues, investigate and formulate solutions, ensuring recommendations to clients is technically sound and aligned with clients’ needs
  • Assist the team in identifying and pursuing business opportunities in line with our strategy
  • Apply an awareness and understanding of the general business and economic environments in undertaking engagements
  • Identify and proactively respond to new business opportunities to provide added value to clients

  • To be successful in this role, you'll :
  • Be a Chartered Accountant or have a similar level finance / business related qualification
  • Have 2-4 years’ relevant experience
  • Have a passion for achieving positive results and adding value for our clients
  • Be able to communicate solutions to complex issues in a simple, accessible way
  • Have an appetite to learn new skills in a challenging and supportive environment
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail
