This role oversees the development, maintenance and improvement of our product propositions in market while ensuring our products meet internal and external regulatory requirements.
The role : what you will doIn this role you will provide assurance for product process and controls, sales practices and conduct to ultimately ensure the protection of both our customers and the Bank.
You will also provide advice to stakeholders on good conduct, lead the identification of evidence of customer detriment, and look for ways to remediate this through working with product and process owners as required.
What we are looking forSuccess in this role will come from your understanding of product related risk, compliance, the conduct landscape and its relevance in NZ and emerging areas with alignment to internal and external regulatory compliance requirements.
Technically, you will have sound analytical experience with strength in interpreting qualitative, quantitative and financial data coupled with strong knowledge of financial services products.
Above all, you will be comfortable working across a range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation so strong leadership, communication, influencing and relationship skills are essential.
