The opportunity

The Community Impact team design, develop and implement large-scale behaviour change, education and community Programmes, on behalf of both corporations and governments, and evaluate the outcomes and impact of Programmes designed to drive a social benefit.

We are looking for a Programme Manager for our New Zealand division.

You will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our NZ Programmes, working with clients and stakeholders who are passionate about creating social impact through education and positive behaviour change.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading the NZ Programmes team which encompasses meeting Programme specific Service Level Agreements, delivering value to achieve client satisfaction, overseeing the Programmes Operations in New Zealand including : Programme management, relationship management, and the facilitation function.

The role will also see you managing up to 10 direct reports.

Your key responsibilities

  • Programme management delivering to SLAs and managing resourcing plans, budgeting controls, ongoing Programme performance levels, and overall team performance
  • Partnership and stakeholder management act as the Programme operations subject matter expert in NZ, manage client satisfaction and facilitate growth relationships / opportunities
  • Project management manage and implement various company and client projects, including timeline management, stakeholder engagement and broader communication
  • Team leadership of NZ Programmes team maintain effective people and culture processes for the broader NZ Programmes team, including talent acquisition and development, and manage direct reports
  • Skills and attributes for success

    To qualify for the role you must have :

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing large and remote workforces
  • Proven experience with client management (preferably large corporate clients) and end-to-end Programme management
  • Experience with budget management (ideally in multi-team environments)
  • Demonstrated effective team and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve outcomes
  • Ideally, you’ll also have :

  • Tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or other related discipline
  • Experience in the education industry
  • Ability to create and analyse reports based upon market and client data
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise to make things happen
